BUILD is an easy to follow workout program on Trainereize app. Workouts are self-guided, meaning you get a sample video of each exercise. It contains main workout, with different supersets. You can BUILD on your fitness by increasing weights/sets to your capability. Finishes with a timed core exercise. Each workout is less than 30 minutes so easily added into your day.
YOU ONLY NEED 2 THINGS
SET OF DUMBBELLS
Preferably a light set, moderate set, and heavy-ish set. Message if you have questions!
If you have access and are comfortable with a barbell, there will be options to swap out a dumbbell movement for a barbell. But a barbell is NOT required at all.
