Katy Ferguson, M. Ed

Katy is on a mission to squash every fitness and nutrition myth out there. As a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, she believes in the power of fueling your body from the inside out.

She has seen the power of bringing women together- especially those who value fitness, wellness & connection. When like-minded women are removed from their busy lives and brought to a space where they can connect, relax, and just be… great transformation happens.

Katy’s love of fitness and nutrition runs deep- she’s been in the fitness industry as an athlete for 10+ years and has been a women’s fitness business owner since 2018.

As a busy mom of two littles (ages 3 & 6), she understands the struggle to find balance in life: workouts, nutrition, motherhood, relationships, social connections, and inner peace.
